# Tracking your profit

There is a super easy and free to use app for keeping track of your profits and sales. It works really well so we definitely reccomend checking this out:\
[Scout App](https://scoutapp.ai/)\
Here is an example of how their app looks

Some people much prefer using a spreadsheet as this is fully customizable compared to using an app like Scout. One of our members made a really simple spreadsheet to help keep track of profits and sales. We highly reccomend you keep up to date with this, as organisation is KEY when it comes to reselling. If you lose track of your sales you will get your finances out of hand.\

You can access the template [here](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ZW3ubO76TAffKERBdkStl-BkZofDf934_P9795j2pPI/edit?usp=sharing). Just simply click File > Make a copy, and then you can start editing it for your own use. This has all formulas built in for calculating profits automatically.
