# Alias (GOAT) Shipping

**Shipping labels** - 3 pages will be automatically generated once the sale is confirmed \

Page 1 - shipping label to go on the front of the box \
Page 2 - customs form to either hand to the driver collecting the box or to the person in the drop off shop \
Page 3 - this goes into the box \

You can schedule a pick up for free with DHL as long as you have a shipping label from GOAT, you can do this here: <https://mydhl.express.dhl/gb/en/schedule-pickup.html> (ensure this takes you to gb site as others won’t allow you to proceed with a waybill number) \

**Step by step on the above:** \
1\. asks you if you need to create a label, click NO \
2\. Select 'I have a DHL waybill number' \
3\. enter waybill number from the goat shipping label into the box (remove any spaces) \
4\. enter phone number \
5\. enter weight (2kg as standard) / amount of boxes you have to collect / box size - just put in the standard shoe box size: 375 x 255 x 150 \
6\. your address should come up automatically as this will come from goat, if it doesnt - enter it \
7\. it will ask you a time period / date to collect on \
8\. they come collect, ensure they scan each box and give them the customs forms \
9\. sit back relax, and wait until you get you goat payout \
